| Directions: | This series of roller kiln is a kind of ceramic burnt heat working equipment, with complete set of auto-controlling, temperature auto-adjusting instruments equipped. And fuel, combustion air controlled by auto-adjusting valves went into burner gun and mixed there through respective pipes at needed pressure and flux and primary burns equably and then is spurted into kiln at a high speed and fully brunt there. The offspring of high-temperature burning contact with products directly in the kiln, so the products are heated effectively, then it flows at the direction opposite with that of products and heat the low-temperature zone. Finally it is collected at the end of the kiln and discharged through smoke exhausting pipelines. The semi-finished products are carried at the pane composed of rolling sticks, and the conveying systems drives all of the rolling sticks roll simultaneously conveys the semi-finished products at a homogeneous speed stably from the head to the end of the kiln. At this process, the semi-finished products undergo low temperature preheated to high temperature burnt into, exchange heat with offspring of high-temperature burning, being heated and burnt, coupled with a series of complex physical and chemical changes: water vaporizing, constitutional water escaping, oxide decomposing, forming of new crystalline phase and melting of glass phase, it becomes ceramic and goes into cooling section. Then after sloe cooling and direct cooling it become finished product and goes out of the kiln. |
