| Directions: | Two induced draft fans (one working, one standby) draw exhaust gas and smoke out from the top and foot of kiln; in order to ensure the necessary of pressure adjusting in the kiln, a secondary smoke discharge fan is installed after the main smoke pipe, hot air is sent into the kiln to dry the kiln and the semi-finished products, and redundant parts is exhausted. Each pipe is equipped with manual drive adjusting valve to adjust the exhaust volume and control the negative pressure in the kiln. At the work of negative pressure exhaust fan, the offspring of high-temperature burning flows to the head of the kiln opposite with the temperature of the semi-finished products and the products are gradually heated. So the remaining heat is wholly utilized and energy consuming is reduced. |
